Conta Azul na Prática

A project to organize the production of Conta Azul's product tutorials and let the teams in charge create new videos with more autonomy.

I talked with these teams to understand their pain points, the tools they knew and how familiar they were with video production.

Based on that, I developed an AI-assisted workflow, with guidelines and reusable assets, aiming for ease of use and visual consistency.

The project produced around 60 videos in less than a month, a collective result that shouldn't be credited to Motion Design alone.
