What I do
Brand Motion & Communication
I develop animated identities, campaigns, corporate videos and content for social media and events.
The goal isn't just to make a brand move, but to translate its personality into rhythm, transitions and narrative, keeping it coherent across channels and formats.
Product Motion
I create animations for interfaces, onboarding, feature communication and digital experiences, from prototype to preparing assets for implementation.
In digital products, motion should help guide, inform and give feedback. I aim to balance clarity, expression and performance, without turning animation into a distraction.
Motion Systems & Workflow
I develop motion guidelines, templates, libraries and reusable workflows to keep things consistent as projects grow or move between teams.
When needed, I use scripting, automation and tools of my own to simplify production, organization and handoff. Technology comes in as an extension of Motion Design, preserving room for creativity and professional judgment.
I'm Diego Silva
Motion Design Specialist with over 12 years of experience in design, video and visual communication, more than eight of them dedicated to Motion Design.
I work across Brand and Product Motion: from campaigns and animated identities to interfaces, onboarding and digital experiences. Each context has its own goals, but all of them need motion with intent, clarity and consistency.
At Conta Azul, I developed a Motion Guide with timing, easing and transition criteria to guide different applications.
That experience changed how I think about Motion Design: beyond creating individual pieces, I started looking at motion languages that other people can understand, adapt and reuse.
Automation, scripting and AI are part of this process as tools, not as an end in themselves.
I use technology to cut down repetitive tasks and keep more time for research, storytelling, direction and creative decisions.
